Kids Biz Experience Day
Kid Biz Experience Day is a one-day fun project-based business program that develops your child’s business sense, problem-solving, leadership, communication and teamwork skills. Students will have hands-on experience on a business project by selling meaningful keychains. Working in a small team of 6, students will start and run their company, budget, design, market and sell their keychains. All business decisions are entirely student- driven.

At the end of the program, the children will present and sell their products in the mini sales bazaar. Parents are highly encouraged to join and support their child.

What Students Will Learn
Business 101
Through running their companies, students will not only understand what a business is and its objectives, but also gain basic business vocabulary.
Logical Thinking & Problem Solving
All business decisions will be student-driven. Students will work as a team to design their products, handle the production process, and create marketing campaigns for sales.
Empathy Character
Students will develop empathy through the exercise of anticipating customers' needs, developing products that fulfill them, and composing sales pitches that would present as a convincing solution.
Communication & Presentation
Students will learn how to structure and create persuasive marketing content and convincing sales pitches to sell their products. Through presenting their ideas and pitching their products in the "Kids Biz Bazzar" at the end of the program, students will gain a sense of achievement and increase self-confidence.
Basic Accounting
Students will calculate and understand the relationship between cost, revenue and profit. They will learn basic budgeting skills and keep track of their finance records.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Working in a team of 6, students will communicate and collaborate in making each business decision and managing all work collectively. This gives them a chance to experience how to deal with conflicts.

Q: Can parents/ guardians be present in the program too?
A: To ensure the best learning experience and full attention of our students, parents/ guardians are not recommended to be present during the program except in the Kids Biz Bazaar in the last session. We encourage parents to be present in the last session (Kids Biz Bazaar) where students will present and sell their products. Parents will have the opportunity to hear their child’s product idea, marketing and sales pitch. The recommended arrival time for parents will be announced later.
